Khandaker Medical Tourism (KMT) is specialized and one of the leading medical tourism companies in Bangladesh, looking for Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive customer calls/queries/social media messages and get further details of the query & problem.
- Counseling to clients regarding treatment issues in aboard.
- Patiently handle critical issues from patients with a problem-solving attitude.
- Check the messages or queries from the patients through social media and respond.
- Call the prospective customers via Tele-Marketing
- Ensure Quality Customer services (QCS)
- To ensure filing, records and maintain the database of clients.
- Maintain a good flow of internal and external communication.
- To prepare Online & Outdoor marketing plan.
- To create Promotional medical tourism packages.
- To provide the Visa related services.
- To generate new ideas for developing the service.
- Maintain event/meeting calendar.
- Develop reports on 'Daily Patient & Query Handling'
- Any duties assigned by the Management

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Client Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Management, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, etc.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to benefits
- MS word, Excel & PowerPoint, Leadership capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.
- Manage daily official works ( As per office order)
- To submit report in against Daily, Weekly & Monthly activates.
- Educational qualification can be considered upon experience status.
