Job Context

This is a head of department level position in a Woven Tops Garments Factory, Capacity: 750k pcs/month.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish quality procedures, standards and specifications for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance.
- Set standards for quality as well as health and safety.
- Ensure only quality goods are received from supplier and shipped to buyer.
- Ensure zero failed final inspection by third parties or buyer QC.
- Conduct pre-production meeting before production start.
- Employ QA management techniques to check garments at the time of stitching. It is to ensure that operators are not making any defective pieces.
- Comply with full technical compliance requirements.

Product Safty, Quality Management System
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 5 years as GM/Head of Quality in a large garments factory with minimum 500k pcs/month production.
- Knowledge and expertise on production process, quality assurance system and compliance.
- Must be sincere in information sharing & transparency.
