Job Context

This is a head of department level position in a Woven Tops Garments Factory, Capacity: 750k pcs/month. Looking for a dynamic, self-starter, pro-active personal who can lead factory from raw material in-house to shipment independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall production and quality management of the entire factory from planning to delivery.
- Provide technical evaluation for higher productivity and better quality.
- Liaise with buyers on compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
- Report to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
- Coordinate with Merchandising Department and manage from file receiving to shipment.
- Communicates with owner regarding factory improvement implementation.
- Ensure effective internal controls for final inspection shipment and quality of packed goods.
- Knowledge of IE is necessary.

- Age 40 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 5 years as GM/Head of Production in a large garments factory with minimum 500k pcs/month production.
- Knowledge on quality assurance system and compliance.
- Must be sincere in information sharing & transparency
