Job Context

Position in leading Agro-based company of Bangladesh in its Customer Service Section. We are looking for some energetic, industrious candidates who will help Poultry farmer to be profitable and thereby result in more volume sale for Nourish Poultry & Hatchery Limited a sister concern of Khaled Group of Companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Weekly performance report collection & send to Head office.
- Give feedback to head office about Nourish products.
- Complain received, observed & report to Head office.
- Provide technical services to customers on farms & disease management.
- Market promotion to assist increase sales.
- Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
- Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
- Advise customer about general care, conditions, and treatments
