Job Context
- A Reputed Group of Company is looking for "General Manager, Land". The General Manager, Land will report to Director/owner of the organization.
- Position: General Manager, Land
- Reporting: Director/Owner
- Work Station: Rangpur Division
- Employment Status: Permanent
Job Responsibilities
- Manage & maintain one thousand acres of land in various parts of Rangpur, Lalmonirhat & Thakurgaon.
- Liaison with various govt. offices & officials.
- Administer legal procedures to secure the assets/land of the company.
- Negotiate, drafting of appeals & suits, reply rejoinders of various cases relating to the land issue.
- Check, verify and provide opinion on all kinds of Land related vetting, (Title Deed, Baya Deed, Khatians, Dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS, commissioning etc.)

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Retired Army Officer (minimum rank Major).
- At least 5 years' experience in Land management in a reputed organization.
- Hardworking and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge on Contract Act, Civil Act, Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and others.
- Interpersonal skills, good communication & excellent witting skills both in English & Bangla.
