Job Responsibilities
  • Look after corporate works of MD & CEO
  • Public relation Works attend, monitoring
  • Supervise & co-ordinate Assistant works, admin works & related all works of MD & CEO
  • Daily work planner & supporting manager of MD
  • Personal Secretarial works of MD
  • To look after valued customer quarries, corporate meeting arrange, customer relation develop, top management assist
  • Look after MD personal & Official Documents,gifts,meetings ,To attend corporate meetings & MD Banking activities monitoring,Department daily secretarial works monitoring,Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies
  • Daily appointment fix up & co-ordinate
  • Attend phone calls, e-mails
  • Personal security & Sub staff monitoring of Departments
  • Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
  • Arrange & Attend business party, seminar, fair, event, project meeting
  • attend local & foreign tour
  • Communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying,
  • Ticketing & Reservation of air/hotel,VISA arrange & communicate Embassy's
  • Meeting agenda prepare, minutes prepare & memo writing
  • Office order issue,Letter writing
  • monitoring office executive other works of CEO
  • Attend all corporate meeting
  • attend cultural program & business development events, city tour
  • Others department daily working report collect & submit to MD

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in BA,B.Com,BBA, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in MBA, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil,EEE,ELE,ARCCT.
  • LLB/LLM or Graduates / Masters from others discipline may also apply.
  • Diploma/ Bsc- (civil/interior design/ architecture, Fashion Design) also apply
  • HSC/O/A Level candidates with job experience with airlines/ shops/ arrong or front desk also apply.
  • Skills Required: Business Communication, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support, General Administration, Receptionist/ Front Desk
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 2 years experience in Computer activities independently is PREFERRED.
  • Should have knowledge Bengali & English typing, excel work with good speed & related software.
  • Computer literacy is must for the post circulated above.
  • having experience of face book marketing will get preference.
