- Setting up new distribution point as per requirement of the company.
- Distribution Management and build a well-trained and aligned team of skilled and highly experienced sales persons.
- Cost management to improve bottom-line.
- Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
- Create, Implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
- Advise distributors on policies and operation procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
- Process implementation across Claim settlement, Market coverage, Report writing, Review process to develop an efficient environment.
- To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.
- Minimum graduate in any discipline
- 6 to 8 year(s)
- At least 6-8 years' experience in any Agro Food or any Beverage Company
