To maintain our continuous growth we are looking for smart energetic & hard working candidates who are interested to Join Our team as Medical Information Officer or Senior Medical Information Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely reporting by himself and his team member.
- Received daily work plan and give inputs if need.
- Ensure team members work as per plan.
- Monitoring the prescription.
- Daily doctors visit with MIO's and if needed then alone.
- Prepare a plan to achieve product and value wise sales target.
- Monitor product wise and value wise achievement in each MIO with a plan and guide them towards achievement.
- Best utilization of resources (MIO, Promo materials, time, motor bike, doctor's special support etc).
- Collect information from the market about-doctors, chemist, competitors' activities.and others
- Try to find out new avenues and opportunity from the market (New prescriber uncovered areas, snatch competitors share etc).
- Develop to his team members as a future leaders.
