- Complete new recruitments process as per Annual Recruitment plan/requisition from other department.
- Conduct annual employee assessment as per the policy of the company.
- Prepare employee salary and submit it to accounts for disbursement.
- Prepare & report employee attendance and submit it to accounts.
- Follow-up retail & dealer management team, warehouse, MD's residence, showroom
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to all the stations of the company.
- personnel attendance by cc Camera and by over phone & prepare monthly attendance report.
- Manage administrative staff, Drivers, operators/technicians.
- Keep track of company assets, tools, branding materials, vehicles, renewal, property rent agreement, etc. and take necessary steps.
- Other regular administrative task required by the company.
- Check & prepare monthly Utility bill of the office and branch, MD's residence, kitchen & cleaning bill, monthly stationery bill.
- Local purchase (office and operational requirement)

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Communication and Peoples skill Leadership Skill Good Understanding o, Computer literacy, Must possess good interpersonal skills, patience and flexible

Admin HR, Administration
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Those who have IT knowledge(for office management) will get preference.
Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
