Job Context
- We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer Hiring in regard to Sale Automatic Rice Mill Machinery and after sales service at customer with proven technical and management skills.
- Work place - Work at customers Mills anywhere of the country and at office as per need based.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing of Automatic Rice Mill Machineries around the country.
- Collecting the customer's requirements and time to time acknowledge them about the status.
- Daily report to management about the work progress.
- Maintaining a good relation with the customer, creating new clients and achieve the sales target.
- To install new machines by establishing, adjusting, calibrating and testing performance.
- Maintenance of machines by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing identified malfunctions.
- Work with experienced Filed engineer on basic troubleshooting and ensure repair needs on designated equipment.
- Effectively communicate and must have the ability to closely perform with teammates and colleagues.
- Should be capable to effectively communicate with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, ultimately leading to customer satisfaction.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and evaluating latest trend.
- Keep internal service records in a timely manner, ordering repair parts and managing cycle times.

Educational Requirements
- Bsc in EEE or Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- The applicants should have experience (2/3 Years) in Mechanical/ Electrical /Electronics in any reputed Mills/ Factory will get preference.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- The applicant must be knowledge on operating computer and MS Office program.
