Job Responsibilities
- After sales service complaint monitoring of Corporate Clients for refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
- Work as a complaint hub for VIP corporate clients Prepare, submit & collect bill for non-warranty & void service from corporate clients.
- Fault Analysis of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
- Monthly fault report preparation of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers. Take field / user feedback from new / sample commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers.
- Arrange faulty spare parts of commercial refrigerators, coolers & freezers as per requirement.
- Follow up buffer spare parts & backup products at points to ensure Committed service.
- Market visit for Product development scopes.
- Conduct Meeting & Training as per requirements.
- Facilitate Incident Investigation and Reporting (IIR) process by conducting 5- WHY and WHY-TREE Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of incidents and Near Misses
