Job Responsibilities
- Identify problems related to production productivity & provide feedback to the reporting authority
- Monitor and follow scheduled activities and resolve problems (if arises) based on present situation
- Measure individual capability and effective effort which are taken by subordinates
- Analyze critical point & take corrective measure before starting of bulk production
- Supervise line feeding system and others SOP related IE activities as well as compliance
- Monitor new operators capacity, capability & handling issues
- Maintain, follow up and verify the accuracy of monthly production report
- Maintain and check the individual and line efficiency report
- Maintain liaison between subordinates & upper level management as well as with other related department.
- Create team with subordinates & train them regarding company's requirement.

- B.Sc in IPE from any reputed university.
