Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the best customer service to maintain the brand standard.
- Serving the customers with a great hospitality to achieve the sales target.
- Prepare, decorate & serve the foods and drinks for the customers to meet their expectations.
- Ensure the payment from the customers for the revenue of the company.
- Maintain health, safety & security law for the safety of the customers as well as all other employees.
- Work in the shift in a proper and hygienic way to maintain the food safety law.
- Counseling with the customers thirsty for information, queries and application to promote and marketing the brand value.
- Reporting to the Outlet Manager to ensure all the assigned tasks have been done properly.
