Job Context

    We are looking for candidates who are willing to work as a Direct Sales Team, Corporate and SME Sales for one of the leading Telco in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities

  • Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales target at assigned area(s).
  • Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for selling SIM and ICT products.
  • Visit existing customers for up-sell or cross-sell SIM and ICT products and also to provide required services.
  • Ensure Supervisor's consent before locking any sales deal.
  • Lock sales deals with the customers.
  • Ensure valid required documents and payment (by the customer) from the customer before selling the products.
  • Ensure required Agreement signing while selling any product.
  • Ensure product delivery to the customer following the compliant process.
  • Ensure bio-metric verification of the customers as guided by Supervisor.
  • Ensure required office activities e.g. document sending and receiving, email communication, logistics management for smooth business operation.
  • Maintain strong business relationship with the customers.
  • Ensure required compliance as guided by supervisors in every part during this job

  • Should be Graduated from any university and/or colleges.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Direct Selling, Marketing, Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 21 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Technical Knowledge: Minimum knowledge of Internet / Facebook / YouTube.
  • Should be a smartphone and computer user.
  • ICT mindset.
  • Consultative selling skill.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to handle stress and have the mind-set to "Go an extra mile".
  • Good communication skill.
  • Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning.
  • Good negotiation capability.
  • Ability to accept rejection.

  • Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
  • Salary and other benefits will be given as per company policy
