Customer Care Executive

- Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of informations and store accordingly in the company database.
- Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
- Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
- Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
- Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
- Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
- Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
- Work at office
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- English medium background will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Monitoring and Reporting
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- English fluency is must.
- Candidates will have to be attractive and presentable.
- Have a Decent typing speed.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
- Ability to work for long hours.
- Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
- Maximum BDT 18,000 (Depending on candidate`s education, experience and interview performance)
