Regional Sales Head - Home Loan

The position is responsible for generating new businesses, maintaining excellent business relationships and day-to-day correspondences & drive business growth of retail business with special focus on home loan product. Also responsible for maintaining liaison with other functional units at regional hubs and head office.
- Drive sales team and achieve set targets of Home Loan within the assigned territory.
- Take appropriate marketing initiatives proactively to promote home loan, supervise the implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Identify and develop strong partnerships with local organizations/ business entities to create alternative sources of lead generation.
- Monitor the performance of sales team, provide necessary guidance for staff development and target achievement.
- Maintain portfolio quality and guide the team to keep the PAR ratio low.
- Maintain liaison with other associated departments and expediate processing of Home Loan applications.
- Ensure extra-ordinary customer experience.
- Ensure compliance as per internal policy framework
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 7 year(s)
