General Manager, Sales; Agricultural Machinery
- Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly sales target aligned with business objectives and drive team members in achieving the target.
- Develop sales strategy for business or portfolio growth.
- Provide appropriate guidance and directions to the direct and indirect team members.
- Oversee sales and promotional activities to achieve revenue goals.
- Establish proper monitoring system of the field-force under supervision.
- Develop competency of field force for potentially develop as leader.

- Post graduation in any discipline.

- Age at most 42 years
- 10-12 years experienced candidates from fertilizer/seed/crop care/agricultural machinery is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge on agriculture and agriculture economy.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage regional managers.
- Adaptability and lexibility.
