Regional Sales Manager; Agricultural Machinery
- Prepare regional sales plans and target in alignment with business objectives.
- Report to management on regional sales results and forecast of quarterly and annual turnover.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
- Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
- Directly & indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area manager, service engineer and recovery officer.
- Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives.
- Engagement with govt. & non-govt. agricultural wings through visiting and involving them as technology expansion partners.
- Post graduation in any discipline.
- 6 to 8 year(s)
- Age at most 38 years
- 06-08 years experienced candidates from fertilizer/seed/crop care/agricultural machinery will get preference.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
