  • KAPCO is one of the renowned garment accessories and packaging manufacturer operating in the industry with reputation for around three decades. It`s an Oeko-Tex certified and bonded company located in BSCIC industrial estate, Tongi. Currently looking for dynamic, smart working, intelligent candidates for the following positions.
  • Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand customer inquiries, comes directly or through sales & marketing channels.
  • Forward inquiries to plant and to indemnify feedback within the time frame.
  • Responsible for meeting deadline from order receive to deliver and to payment realization.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team and management.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Maintain database and sales reports.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Possess sound knowledge on products, process and technical issues.

Educational Requirements

  • B.B.A/ M.B.A/ Honors/ Masters completed from reputed university, preferably in management or marketing.
  • Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Service

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 1-2 years' working experience in customer service department in the garment accessories industry ( Fresher's with outstanding MS Office and Communications knowledge are welcomed to apply)
  • Positivity and Analytical
  • Excellent communicator and presenter
  • Sound knowledge in MS Excel and other office applications
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
  • Active problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
