Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
MEP Group is a well-known Electric and Electronic product manufacturing Company which is located at Barishal. MEP was established in 1974 as a private company at BSCIC Industrial State, Barishal, with factory located in Barishal and corporate office in Bijoy Nagar, Dhaka. MEP a growing company is currently manufacturing near about 1,600 types of electrical and electronics items. To keep pace with its growth, MEP is looking for young professionals who can comply with regulatory and business requirements.
- Supervise Sales Representative (SR), Distributor to achieve given sales Target.
- Make Territory Sales plan.
- Distributors Networking, New Distributor opening etc.
- Responsible to meet defined territory's Sales Target.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Preparing sales reports and customer database.
- Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
- Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its regions.
- Should have strong relationship, traders' sales & marketing skills and to maintain liaison with customer as well as with the distributors.
- Maintain all kinds of paper works.
- Fulfill assigned departmental tasks.

- 3 to 5 year(s)
- At least 3-5 years of which 1-year experience in similar position.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Electrical & Electronic product, Group of companies.
- Should be capable to lead sales team with leadership quality.
- Good market planner & good communication skill.
- Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
- Pleasant appearance, manner and etiquette.
- Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.
- Need basic computer skills, especially MS Word & MS Excel.
