Executive (HR & Admin)

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing, preserving and circulating various HR Forms, templates, letters, certificates, NOC, HR notices, Employee documents, Employee files, Company documents, lists, files (hard copy & soft copy), collecting various files, lists from employees/department & compile.
  • Document/ Report/ file collection, compiling, scanning, Checking, verifying and summarizing work.
  • Recruitment work like as scheduling interviews, collecting employee documents, guide new joiners to create bank account and keep records accordingly.
  • Ensure General Administration functions as per company policy.
  • Maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
  • Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
  • Monitoring & ensuring proper housekeeping.
  • Managing overall company meal system including market visit, monitoring cooks and bills etc.
  • To maintain transport schedule.
  • Managing vehicle fuel, movement, regular servicing.
  • Supervision of Drivers, transport log book, bill, voucher, allowance etc.
  • Deal with all other admin related issues.
  • Implementing HR, admin & compliance related task as well.
  • Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
  • Conduct all type of training & meeting and prepare meeting minutes as well as.
  • Maintain disciplinary action grievance mechanism.
  • To maintain chain of command of the company.
  • To obey the company rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining Employees attendance, Leaves and Time keeping records.
  • Initiate any other task assigned by the management.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management/ Management/ Related field from Institute of Business Administration/ Dhaka University/ North South University.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, General HR, Human Resource Management, MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point.
