Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a professional baker in a commercial kitchen, hotel, or bakery. Leading a team or running a live bakery will be considered as added benefit.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, baking, and decoration techniques.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Passion for baking with attention to detail and creativity.
Responsibilities & Context
Swade Bangladesh Restaurant and catering is a renowned establishment committed to delivering high-quality baked products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry and bakery chef to join our culinary team and contribute to our growing success.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other specialty products.
Follow standard recipes and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the baking area.
Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Innovate and suggest new baking ideas and seasonal specials.
Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
Ensure timely preparation of baked goods to meet daily production requirements.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Attractive salary based on experience and skills range from 30k to 40k
Meal facilities during shift.
